Skiing

Until our marriage I had never tried skiing, but Henning insisted - so from 1979 and onwards we every winter spent a week skiing in Norway. We allways rent a cottage in the snow, where we also enjoy regional Norwegian gastronomy.
We restrict ourselves to cross-contry skiing, enjoying the nature; we never freze in the lift queue. We usually do some 20 km daily; when younger sometimes much more.

Gastronomy

I like cooking and baking, We daily listen to classic music, and we often attends live concerts. In addition I like reading - actually, we both do. Besides, we are interested i wine, and often our holidays follow the wineroutes of Europe - this year (2008) we were in Czeck and Austria, sampling our way.

Cottage

My sister and I inherited a cottage from our parants. The cottage has existed at least sice ~1940, bun in 1975 it was reconstructed and enlarged. The cottage lies close to Ringkøbing Fjord, and only 10 minutes walk from the North See. In the series with slides from the garden 2 'photies' of the cottage are shown.
